| Birte Querl (Frankfurt am Main, 1969) joined LAgroup in 2005. She studied 'Landschaftsplanung' at the Technische Universitδt in Berlin. After completing her studies she worked for BTE Tourismusmanagement, Regionalentwicklung (a firm of consultants specialising in tourism and recreation) and as a researcher at the Technische Universitδt Berlin. In 2001 Birte moved to the Netherlands where she spent the first few years with Route IV in Nijmegen as a consultant. Her expertise lies mainly in the fields of tourism and recreation. Within these fields she has a particular affinity with the development of regional visions, concept development, strategy, policy and marketing and with cross-border projects. |
