| Geer Schakel (Oostburg, 1953) is a co-founder of LAgroup. He is a consultant in the hospitality, recreation and congress & trade fair sectors and advises property developers and local authorities on the role of 'leisure', whether it is entertainment, wellness, attractions, sport or culture, or combinations of these aspects, in urban development. His specialist fields are concept development and evaluation, impact studies, feasibility studies, strategic advice and policy studies. Geer worked for Deloitte & Touche and KPMG Management Consulting. He attended the Hotel Management School in Maastricht and among his other qualifications he is a certified estate agent. |
