LAgroup has supported ELIA with such questions since 2002. Stephen Hodes has worked closely with the director, the ELIA office and the European Board on questions of strategic importance for the organisation. In addition to these activities he was facilitator of the ELIA Leadership Symposia in Los Angeles (Getty Museum), London (Central Saint Martins College of Arts & Design/Tate Britain) and Hong Kong (The Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts).
