What is the best strategy for the European Cultural Foundation?
LAgroup has assisted the European Cultural Foundation with a variety of projects covering areas such as European cultural strategy, internal organisational and strategic questions, staff selection and the pan-European strategy. LAgroup has run various internal workshops with the staff of ECF to work out the strategic direction for the organisation in the coming years. Also workshops were held in Prague and Amsterdam to determine the new strategy for the ECF National Committees in an enlarging Europe.
